Psychological Safety
This workshop provides Leadership teams an opportunity to understand the foundations of Psychological Safety and explore how to become architects of culture through shared agreement on cultural norms, what is in, what is out, what is respectful and what is harmful.

Creating "safe enough" spaces to be brave and stay engaged and connected is the aim of psychological safety training.

Understanding the four phases of psychological safety, how to cultivate inclusion safety, learner safety, contributor safety and challenger safety.

This session also helps your leadership team to develop their own shared agreement of what is above the line and below the line, how to create collective care and collective accountability, solidarity teams and strategies for robust and honest conversations that strengthen connectedness and inspire innovation.

This is a full day workshop that includes experiential exercises, group work and a well held space for connection and conversation about your culture, what is working and what new shared agreements could help to support people to thrive and grow.
