Grounded embodiment, connecting heart and nature
A good therapist is interested in the organisation of experience, and of creating safe enough space to be brave, to mindfully get to know yourself, life's conditioning, shaping, bending and development of strategies to survive.

Jen brings this mindset to working with people living with the impact of trauma, addiction, mental health concerns and the loss of connection to self and compassion. Her true north is creating a safe enough relationship to empower and enliven your life, to create the right conditions for you to get to know yourself and what supports your wellbeing.

With a master’s degree (Gestalt Psychotherapy) and under graduate degree in social science, Jen brings a lens of curiosity and kindness to explore the landscape of life and decades of experience as practitioner, leader and supervisor.

Trauma informed, and a recent Hakomi graduate, Jen is committed to enlisting the consent of the unconscious, and of following your body's wisdom as you explore what gets in the way, what lights you up, what nourishes your life and enlivens you.
Mindful self awareness, and somatic experiencing brings the wisdom of the body to one's healing and growth.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it Fate.”
Carl Jung

My Mission
I exist to create "safe enough" conditions for courage, flourishing and healing. I work to create a trustworthy space for you to be brave; to inspire you to be regenerative in your care for yourself, your care for others and care for our planet.
I live in line with my values, practicing being present, compassionate, and evolving; it is truly a privilege to connect people to their inner wisdom; the wisdom of the body, the wisdom of nature, the inspiration of passion, the compass of values and the satisfaction of safe and supportive connection.

My Vision
Creating regenerative eco systems through growing inspired, kind and courageous people and leaders.
By connecting humans to nature and their own wise mind, body and heart, we are inspired to actively work towards a more human life in our homes and work places and a kinder greener world for people and nature. This is a time for collective care & connection.
