Grounded embodiment, connecting heart and nature
I do not work from the medical model; I see people as whole not broken, shaped by their life experiences and essentially resilient when reconnected to intuitive embodiment.
Bringing mindful awareness to your life, your connection to self, others and the earth is transformative and my passion.

Reclaiming your own power, reconnecting with your own essence, remembering your body, your agency, your strengths and your gifts is a core priority to our working relationship.

With a master’s degree (Gestalt Psychotherapy) and 40 years in the Not for Profit Social and Community Health sector as practitioner, supervisor, manager and Director I have accumulated a wealth of experience and development of my craft to provide skillful facilitation to your connection to self, heart, mind, body and soul.

The bedrock of good therapy and supervision is creating a safe and trustworthy relationship in which one can feel safe enough to be brave, to heal and grow.
It is the relationship and compassionate self-awareness that heals.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it Fate.”
Carl Jung

My Mission
I exist to create "safe enough" conditions for courage, flourishing and healing. I work to create a trustworthy space for you to be brave; to inspire you to be regenerative in your care for yourself, your care for others and care for our planet.
I live and breathe my values every day, practicing being present, compassionate, and evolving; it is truly a privilege to connect people to their inner wisdom; the wisdom of the body, the wisdom of nature, the inspiration of passion, the compass of values and the satisfaction of safe and supportive connection.

My Vision
Creating regenerative eco systems through growing inspired, kind and courageous people and leaders.
By connecting humans to nature and their own wise mind, body and heart, we are inspired to actively work towards a more human life in our homes and work places and a kinder greener world for people and nature. This is a time for collective care & connection.
