Eco-Psychotherapy Retreats

"Other therapies seek to heal the alienation between person and person, person and family, person and society. Eco-psychology seeks to heal the more fundamental alienation between the person and the natural environment"
Theodore Roszak "The Voice of the Earth"
Nature has long been known to have calming effects on the mind and body. The serenity of nature to create a sense of peace within that is hard to find in our busy lives in suburbia. But nature can also be a therapist that helps to bring our attention to parts of ourselves that need healing and attention.
Retreat days are offered to health professionals and frontline workers to provide an opportunity to reconnect to self and the environment around us.
These workshops are nourishing to our soul, mind and body as we remember our connection and kinship with nature.
We meet in circle where no one is in front or behind, we meet as one to share and grow together as we connect to ourselves, one another and the natural environment.
