Grounded embodiment, connecting heart and nature

About Jen
As a Gestalt Practitioner I do not work from the medical model; I see people as whole, contextual, shaped by life experiences. All behaviour is need driven and needs to be understood in context. I hold a here and now lens.
Bringing mindful awareness to your life and how you organise yourself in the world is transformative and my passion.

Reclaiming your own power, reconnecting with your own essence, remembering your body, your strengths and your gifts is a core priority to our working relationship.

With a sociology degree, master’s degree (Gestalt), & post graduate degrees in MBRP, MBSR, MBCT, ACT therapy, compassion-focused therapy, somatic trauma -focused therapy, Hakomi (Level 3) I have accumulated a wealth of experience and learning to hold space for your reconnection to self, heart, mind, body and soul.

The bedrock of good therapy and supervision is creating a safe and trustworthy relationship in which one can feel safe enough to be brave, so that we heal and grow.

It is safe relationship and compassionate self-awareness that heals.
